What a whole-home project with us includes

Bigger jobs are where three-contractor projects fall apart. Here one crew runs the whole sequence, and licensed plumbing and electrical are coordinated as part of the job.

  • 01

    Whole-home renovations

Several rooms or the whole house, sequenced by one crew from demolition to punch list.

  • 02

    Attic conversions

Turning unfinished attic space into finished living space: framing, insulation, flooring, lighting and finish.

  • 03

    Basement finishing

Finished basements with framing, flooring, lighting and paint, plus plumbing where a bath or wet bar is part of the plan.

  • 04

    Framing, carpentry and structural repairs

Framing, trim, doors, decks, built-ins and structural repairs.

  • 05

    Flooring and painting

Hardwood, vinyl plank, tile, refinishing, interior and exterior painting.

  • 06

    Plumbing and electrical

Fixtures, water heaters, repipes, panel upgrades, new circuits and lighting, coordinated with licensed partners under one contract.

How a project runs

01

We walk the house

You show us the room. We measure, look behind the walls where we can, and ask what you actually want out of the space.

02

You get it in writing

Scope, materials and price, at no charge and with no pressure after. If the number does not work, nothing has been spent.

03

We build and clean up

Same crew start to finish. Floors covered, dust contained, and the site left clean at the end of every day.

Straight answers

The questions we get on the first call, answered before you make it.

What does a whole-home renovation cost?
Every project is priced after a free walkthrough, and the price is fixed in writing before any work starts, so the number you sign is the number you pay for the agreed scope. Materials can come from us or from you, settled at the estimate. Larger or more complex projects can take a little longer to price properly.
Is there a discount right now?
Yes. $999 off a first project of $15,000 or more, or $499 off a first project of $10,000 or more. New customers, one per household, one discount per project, applied to the written price at the walkthrough. The offer resets monthly.
How soon can you come out, and how soon do I get a price?
A free walkthrough within 24 to 48 hours, weekdays or Saturdays. A written price within 24 hours after the walkthrough for standard projects.
Do you supply the materials, or do I?
Either. We can supply materials, or you can buy selected finish materials and we handle the installation. We settle that together at the estimate and write it into the contract.
Who does the plumbing and electrical?
When licensed plumbing or electrical work is required, we coordinate those trades as part of the project. You sign one contract and deal with one crew; nothing waits on a second contractor.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor registration HIC.0704128. The license and a certificate of insurance come with every estimate.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We answer calls and texts in English and Spanish, and this page reads in both.
What happens after I send the form?
You pick a walkthrough time on the next screen and we confirm it by phone, or by text if you checked the text box. Calls are answered live from 8am to 9pm, and covered after hours, so you will hear back.
