Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Black Rock Remodeling LLC ("Black Rock," "we," "us") website, our forms and scheduling tools, and our phone and text communications. By using our website, submitting a form, or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Walkthroughs, prices and remodeling work
- Our in-home walkthrough is free and does not obligate you to hire us.
- After a walkthrough, we provide a written scope and price. A price is not a contract until both you and Black Rock sign a written agreement.
- All remodeling work is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and Black Rock. If anything on this website differs from your signed contract, the signed contract controls.
- Information on this website, including photos of past projects, is for general information. Every home and project is different.
Promotional offer
When we advertise a discount off your first remodel, these terms apply unless the offer itself states otherwise:
- $999 off a first project of $15,000 or more, or $499 off a first project of $10,000 or more. Only one discount applies to a project.
- Available to new customers on their first remodel with Black Rock.
- The offer resets monthly. The walkthrough must be booked by the deadline shown with the offer.
- One per household.
- Applied to your written price at the walkthrough.
Text messaging terms
Program: Black Rock Remodeling project updates.
What you will receive: texts about your remodeling request, including walkthrough scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up on your request and written price.
How you join: by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies based on your request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
How to stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that unless you join again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Outside of business hours, an automated assistant may reply on our behalf.
Information about how we handle your phone number and text consent is in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone calls
Calls with Black Rock may be recorded so we can keep accurate notes about your project and improve our service.
Website content
The text, photos, logos and other content on this website belong to Black Rock or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites, such as our reviews on Google. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
No warranty on website information
We work to keep this website accurate, but it is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Black Rock is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Warranties on remodeling work are set out only in your signed contract.

Black Rock Remodeling LLC holds home improvement contractor registration HIC.0704128 and is licensed and insured.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using our website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
